The Appropriations Process is a FOUR step process: all steps must be completed
accurately and timely to be considered for funding. Please read and
follow all directions closely to ensure correct processing.
1.Complete a funding request budget in the format described in the attached example.
Review the attached budget suggestion and sample sheet, "Suggestions
for Budget," and the “USG Appropriations Guidelines” documents. Please
use the same or similar format onlyand submit the
file in step 3 in an acceptable file format. **You will use the
information in this budget to complete the online application**
2. Fill out the online application by clicking the below link. Reference the budget created in step one to complete application. Please turn this in by Monday, February 1st by
5:00 PM.
4. Appropriations Hearings. Appropriations
Senators are coordinating the appropriations hearing times right now.
You will receive an email no later than Monday, February 1st to
coordinate hearing times. Please plan for a hearing during the dates
of February 2-4th.
PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETE ALL STEPS or
the organization will not be considered for spring 2010 Appropriations
Funding. Rewards letters will be sent out no later than Sunday, February 7.
